You should know a handstand and feel quite comfortable on your board, and believe me it's still hard
1. Ride at moderate speed with your your toes on the heel side of the board near the bolts.
2. Place your hands on the ends of the board.
3. Swing your legs up, keep your balance centered or you will push down your tail or nose and that could be really painful.
4. Ride handstand for a while...
5. When you want to stop place your feet between your arms again... this is hard, because you will probably land with your feet not on the board... but practise is the key.
6. Ride away
Tip: use protective gear!!!!! very handy
Variation: lift ur front hand to make a handstand manual, or do a fingerflip out. This is really hard though... |
